Kess’ Sleeping Beauty requires a $100.00 non-refundable booking fee to book an appointment, with the remainder of the payment due upon completion of your service.
We accept cash, credit, venmo, and Apple Pay. Prices are subject to changes and further charges may be applicable for corrective work (i.e. correction of another technician's work).
However, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking.
If you fail to show up for your appointment for any reason, without giving a 48-hour notice, you will lose the booking fee and will be required to put down an additional $100 deposit to secure another appointment. If it is a free touch-up appointment, you be required to put down an
additional $100 deposit to schedule another appointment.
Permanent make up is a time intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you.
At Kess' Sleeping Beauty, we want to ensure clarity regarding the longevity of your individual results. While permanent makeup is generally effective and may last up to three years in many cases, we cannot guarantee the exact duration of your cosmetic tattoo. Skin variations such as type, texture, and oiliness play a significant role in pigment retention, along with post-treatment care. While some clients may require touch-ups every 12-18 months, results vary from person to person.
It's important to note that the permanent makeup process involves multiple steps, and healed outcomes differ for each client. While we strive to deliver quality service, various factors can influence the final results, as healing varies among individuals. Additional sessions may be necessary to achieve optimal results, subject to an additional charge.
To ensure the best healing and appearance of your cosmetic tattoo, it's crucial to adhere to both pre- and post-care instructions. Pre-care instructions are designed to minimize bleeding and skin sensitivities during the procedure, as excessive bleeding can affect pigment retention and result in suboptimal outcomes. If you deliberately violate any of our terms and conditions, including our aftercare suggestions, we will be excluded from liability and we have the right to cancel any treatment in the future.
Though it is extremely rare, Kess’ Sleeping Beauty reserves the right to refuse services for any reason at our discretion.
If you have an existing cosmetic tattoo and you wish for us to enhance and/or change your existing tattoo, please email us a few close-up photos so we can determine if we can help. Please note that touch up fees are reserved for existing Kess’ Sleeping Beauty clients only. Working over another artist's cosmetic tattoo will be considered a new client appointment, and will be charged accordingly.
Each new treatment is two sessions; one being the initial service with Holly and the other session is a perfecting appointment with Lindsay. On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare will be charged accordingly.
