Meet the inseparable duo sisters Holly and Lindsay. They have been working side by side for over 7 years with one goal in mind: to make YOU beautiful. They take turns to work with each and every client who comes to Kess’ Sleeping Beauty to ensure exceptional results that exceed your expectations.
Born and raised in Vietnam, Holly has always been familiar with Permanent Makeup (PMU) due to its popularity there. However, it wasn’t until she moved to the U.S. that her interest truly blossomed. While working as an esthetician to pay for grad school, Holly’s employer recognized her artistic talent, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for cosmetics. They encouraged her to explore PMU.
Holly was fascinated from her first training session and fell in love with Microblading after experiencing it herself. She thought, “This is the most amazing thing, a game changer for women of all ages”. Committed to mastering her craft, Holly dedicated her time to practice and sought advanced training from renowned U.S. artists in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, New York, and San Diego. By the time she graduated with a Master’s Degree in Accounting, she had also mastered Microblading and PMU.
Following her passion, Holly and her husband moved to Charlotte, NC, and launched Kess’ Sleeping Beauty in 2015. She quickly earned the love, trust, and recognition of her clients and peers in the beauty industry. Holly continuously refines her skills, updates her style, and stays current with new technologies. Over the years, she has traveled to learn from the best artists in both Asia and Europe. In the process, she has become a trainer herself, offering certified courses in Microblading and PMU. With 11 years of experience in the field, her knowledge has evolved but Holly’s goal remains the same: to deliver the most natural results for each client.
Clients have praised Holly for her “incredible attention to detail” and her “ability to create a natural, flawless look.” Her dedication to her craft and her warm, professional demeanor make every client feel valued and beautiful.
Holly is a member of several professional organizations, including the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, which helps her stay connected with the latest industry trends and standards.
Outside of work, Holly is a proud mother of five-year-old twins and an enthusiastic traveler who enjoys exploring U.S. national parks and destinations worldwide. She is easygoing and loves simplicity, but she is a perfectionist and detail-oriented when it comes to her work. Holly is an observer rather than a talker, ensuring that she listens attentively to her clients. Her life motto is: “Optimism is a happiness magnet. If you stay positive, good things and good people will be drawn to you.”
Introducing Lindsay, a highly skilled and Board Certified Micropigmentation specialist in permanent makeup artistry. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and currently works as a registered nurse. However, her passion for beauty drives her to continue working at Kess’ Sleeping Beauty.
With over seven years of experience and training alongside Holly all over the world, Lindsay has exceptional knowledge and expertise in her craft. She ensures each client receives personalized and perfect results, maintaining a clinical environment that adheres to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Beyond her professional life, Lindsay’s adventurous spirit shines through her love for travel, discovering new cultures, and exploring breathtaking destinations. When she’s not globe-trotting, you can find her cuddled up and pampering her twin niece and nephew.
